Ramkumar is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries with 4 decades experience corporate leadership experience including handling domestic and international corporations with operations across the globe including spearheading M&A activities of the entities and profit improvement plans.
He has served in the position of Chief Financial Officer, Vice-President Finance and Company Secretary in Large Companies both listed and unlisted.
He heads the Assurance Services, Merger and Acquisition and Financial Transformation and Profit improvements projects and Business support services including Virtual CFO Services.

An expert in Indirect Tax Practice with more than 4 decades of experience under his belt is associated with the firm as part of the Expert Panel formed by the firm to support the clients.
The External advisory is well versed in Law, Practice and Client representation both under the Erstwhile Indirect Tax Laws and also under GST and is well known amongst the GST authorities in Tamil Nadu region having interacted with them on periodic basis.
He supports the client representation team including the advocate on all the representation before the department and also before the various judicial forum.
He is one of the chief mentor of the firm to the co-founders and the team, guiding them with his vast experience.

KK Sekar

Sekar is an seasoned expert with hands on experience over 4 decades of corporate experience in the area of Indirect taxation covering Central Excise, Sales Tax, VAT, Service Tax, Customs, Foreign Trade Policy, Import, Export, & other related spheres and most recently GST with extensive experience in handling litigations and representations at various levels.
He is an expert in handling the Indirect Tax litigations at various levels on valuation , Refunds and Export benefits. During his 4 decades corporate stint, He has Supported realization substantial amount of incentives / refunds. He has independently fixed Norms for import licensing and fixation of DEPB and Drawback Rates with Ministry of Commerce.
He is active in participation in various Chambers of Commerce and industry and professional bodies like CII, SIAM, FICCI, ASSOCHAM, MCCI and Speaker on tax topics in various educational institutions and professional bodies and has authored number of articles in tax and finance journals.
