Any tax payer who is required to deduct TDS or Collect TCS return filling is legal requirement in India as per Income tax Act 1961 .
Any person other than Individual or HUF whose books are not required to be audited, shall on payment deduct and remit TDS or Collect TCS if the provisions of the Act requires him to do say and remit within due dates

What is a TDS return?
